"German for Singers at Middlebury" is an intensive German language immersion program, held annually as part of Middlebury's prestigious German Summer Language School. We welcome singers of all ages who have a keen interest in learning German (and not just pronouncing it)--and in turn, we guarantee you a summer rich with linguistic, cultural and musical highlights. You meet like-minded colleagues a

nd friends, will work with native speakers on all aspects of performing German repertoire on the concert and operatic stage--and will come out of these seven weeks fully able to communicate in German, way beyond simple survival skills.
