Happy birthday, Briggy boy!!! 5 years old, and always smiling! He’s my little buddy and I’m soaking up having him at home for one more year.

A couple of weeks ago, we had an uninvited guest in our house, sneaking food— a mouse (who has since been caught). Briggs asked me to “look up mouse cake” and told me he wanted me to make one for his birthday 😆. We sure love him and his fun energy!

Check out this good looking crew! Also, as much as I love color, sometimes B&W just feels right! There are certain criteria I look for when choosing images that would look fantastic in black and white, but the main reason I chose this particular image is so that the emotion could shine through!
