I cannot tell you what an honor it is to come back year after year and photograph these beautiful souls. It is such a blessing to witness their joy, their struggles, their wins, and the occasional loss. Bynum School is a special place. Each morning begins with praise and worship and affirmations of God’s love. The teachers and staff are beyond measure and I suspect will have special crowns in Heaven for all they do.
Anytime I get to talk about this opportunity, I can’t help but light up and share what a unique and beautiful school this is. I will do this as long as I am able!!

I love getting to see this family! They are the best and we alwasy have fun during their sessions! From maternity through Charlie's first year and family sessions since! Sadly, I missed Cade's newborn photos because we were moving. But any chance I get to come back to visit Georgia, I will always make time to see these guys! Next year we need to plan our beach trips accordingly so we can up there!!! ;)

Well, it has been a HOT minute since I have posted photos! I needed to take some time to reset not just my family and home, but also my business. When Ashlyn contacted me about her maternity session for her baby girl it was an instant yes, and the prefect way for me to jump back in! I absolutely love going to the (even if this particular day the West Texas winds were in full drama mode, and what you don't see is the sand that was stinging our faces and making our time less than ideal)! I have to say we knocked these out so quick and I'm so happy with the outcome!

It's always intimidating to find locations to shoot when you move to a new area. Especially an area like Midland, where it is still quite the drive to the views that most people think of when you hear the phrase "West Texas." There was one place that I knew I wanted to shoot, but it is still a bit of a drive, so when Ashley said they would be up for their maternity session in Big Spring I got super excited! I loaded up 3 of my gowns that we had previously discussed so she could take her pick in person. Even though we started a little early, the results were stunning! She is such a beautiful momma and I can't wait to meet their precious babe!

First session in my new Midland studio and I’m in love! 😍 As bummed as I am that I was just about to relaunch my business this ‘Rona took over bring things to a stop, I’m thankful we got this one in before the world turned upside down. Ive been spending this extra time with family and working behind the scenes and has been an unexpected gift, even if I’m itching to get back to shooting. I know soon enough we can get back to sessions. Mom is wearing one of my amazing gowns from my client closet as well! .
