About TUPPS Brewing Company:
TUPPS brewery began in 2009 when Keith Lewis and former partner, Tupper Patnode, brewed their first batch of beer, with a home brew Christmas gift from Keith’s wife, Pam. They enjoyed the process and creativity, so began brewing every weekend with Keith’s son, Chris, now the Head Brewer. Eventually, they realized they could turn this hobby into a business. Fast forward to 2015…. they found a great location, built the brewery with their bare hands, and opened! In the beginning, TUPPS self-distributed around the DFW area. In 2017, TUPPS joined with Ben E. Keith and expanded into other cities in Texas. Along the way, Keith’s oldest son, Chase, and daughter, Katie, joined the expanding business. It became a true family affair! In 2020, TUPPS Brewery was listed as the 10th largest independent craft brewery in the state of Texas.

Cassaro Vineyards is located just a few minutes from the Cassaro Winery in downtown Ovilla, Texas. Each year their grapes are harvested and transported just a few short miles before being crushed, fermented, and processed at their winery. Starting with just ten vines, Cassaro Vineyards has expanded each year since 2015. Now with nearly 2,000 vines planted on three acres in Ovilla, Texas, the vineyard features Sangiovese, Tempranillo, and Albarino grapes. Fully irrigated and built on a single trellis system, the vineyard also contains a row of table grapes which family members love to snack on during the harvest. A small section also grows picture-perfect Champanel grapes, which are made into delicious jellies.
