I received 23 emails in regards to swapping/session transfers. I am including my policy again for everyone’s reference.

Friendly reminder as this question is asked multiple times a day and I want everyone to understand why my policy is my policy,

Make sure you are able to attend an event before you register. I process hundreds of orders a month and do not have the time to transfer people in between workshops. I handle all emails, marketing, website maintenance, ordering, bookings & registrations by myself. A lot of my workshops are sold out, which would require me to adjust inventory, try and fill extra spots and readvertise. This is all extremely time consuming.

If you no longer prefer your session choice, you are welcome to receive a credit valued at 70% of the purchase price and apply to another workshop, send someone in your place, or sell your tickets on the Facebook event pages (email to let me know and I’ll accept your sales post and validate the sale) I appreciate your understanding!

I emailed all people registered for Steam Bell Workshops.
New venues have been assigned for all dates and a couple additional to allow for all to register. Most people have successfully registered for new workshops. If you plan to utilize your credit towards one of the classes, please do so today. I will be opening up the rest of the spots to the public tonight.

To those registered in a workshop at Steam Bell Brewery, I received unfortunate news today that they are closing at the end of this month. I am in the process of securing alternate venues for the 7 sold out workshops that were scheduled there. I am open to any recommendations and am trying my best to find multiple locations to accommodate everyone. Once I have secured venues for all dates, I will email with registration codes. You won’t have to stick to your scheduled date. You can apply the code to any of the new dates and venues. I appreciate your patience as I finalize details over the next week.
