Join us June 14th to honor and celebrate the diverse indigenous cultures in our city with Harbor District Milwaukee’s ( ) first ever fashion show! This showcase will feature designer Sabrina Lombardo one of a kind garments and accessories that aim to uplift and highlight indigenous voices in Milwaukee. This event is made possible thanks to sponsorship through their 2024 Community Challenge Grant.

Had an amazing time as Day-of Producer helping out for their 17th Annual Grateful Plate Gala: Graze, a taste of our work. So proud of the team for raising OVER $100,000 helping to serve 400,000+ meals to people in our community who need it! The event featured keynote speaker Ambassador Ertharin Cousin whose words were tremendously powerful and inspiring. I am truly honored to have been able to work alongside her all evening, and have the pleasure of meeting someone so influential.

Some pictures from Watch Party, where guests came for snacks & drinks, and got the chance to experience Edessa’s Grand Launch “Haute List - It Only Took 100 Years” runway event. Snacks and sodas provided by and man was that popcorn delicious! As event producer I helped with pre-production comms, event set-up, venue & vendor relations, event ex*****on, and tear-down. Thank you for the delicious wine, and thank you to everyone involved who made the event phenomenal!!

Most of you know that I’m still bartending on the side in between contracts/events, so weekends aren’t especially my favorite time of the week, however, tomorrow is friday, and I have an interview to be added onto a second company’s freelance roster 😄 Excited to share my experience on my call with the owner of the company, and decide mutually if I would be a good fit for future events they are producing! Thirsty this Thursday for those contracts!

Feeling grateful for all the love shown on my personal page for my birthday, grateful to be employed and loved, grateful to have a roof over my head. Staying positive through the slow times, and working my hardest not to rush through to the busy times. Have a great week everyone!

That’s a wrap on my first contract booked with LAI Live as Freelance Stage Manager! The contract was for their client NLC (National League of Cities) and their Which featured speakers, guests and award winners from all over the country largely comprised of city employees coming together to better the places they call home. It was very inspiring hearing how individuals visualized their personal and professional paths for this! I’m honored to have been able to work this conference, and so grateful to those that made it happen. Every new event is a learning opportunity, and the perfect chance for growth, never let me forget that!
