Since day 1 (June 16, 2010- pic from year 3), we've been dedicated to mastering "Freshly Made Authentic Food at Affordable Prices" by doing most of the work ourselves, including cooking, accounting, advertising, maintenance and more.

In order to continue to master this fundamental principle of our business, we must consider fair market value.

Apples to Apples, the fair market value is $2.75 for Tacos/Tamales at any restaurant. It's all the same corn masa/tortillas, meat filling and salsa. Only Tamales are 5x the Labor. This leads us to our Christmas Tamale announcement:

Christmas Catering Packages

A) 36 Appetizer Size Tamales, Half Pan of Puerto Rico Rice and Refried Pinto Beans, Chips & Salsa. This feeds about 15-18 for $106, plus tax & delivery.

B) Make substitutions found at www.gethottamales.com

C) Tamales only Catering @ High Volume, Holiday pricing for $33/dozen, plus tax & delivery.

Delivery available 12/22, 23 & 24. All orders are due with payment confirmation by 12/17/23.
