We love design, and we LOVE a good theme party! It’s always a blast working closely with our couples to customize their events. Are you a DIYer or have a dad who loves to build stuff? We’re all about that! We love helping bring your vision to life and getting families involved in the wedding weekend celebrations.

Working with Stef & Peter, and their parents to create this Oktoberfest-themed rehearsal dinner in Crosslake, Minnesota, was such a fun project! 🍻 The couple thrifted one-of-a-kind steins, and Stef’s dad built this amazing display wall. We themed up with family and vendors to bring the vision into reality

We have exciting news to share with you!

We are thrilled to announce Paloma Rodrigues, as the new Owner of Rosetree Weddings & Events. Paloma is an award winning, experienced wedding planner, event designer and specialist in the wedding industry here in Minnesota.

Her passion for excellence and dedication to providing exceptional service make her the perfect leader for the future of the company. Under her guidance, Rosetree is already flourishing, and we are confident that the best is yet to come.
 
Paloma met Jenn Rosen and Janea Mitcheltree when they started their company 12 years ago and have been part of Rosetree story since 2015.

As many of you may know, Jenn Rosen and family relocated to the sunshine state, FL in July of 2023 and after 12 incredible years of serving the MN/WI community and being a part of so many special moments, she decided to sell her beloved company to her dear friend and forever Rosebud, Paloma Rodrigues. 

We have been working on the transition for the last 6 months and over the years, Paloma and Jenn along with Rosetree team have worked together creating unforgettable memories for countless weddings and events.

We are  truly grateful for the support and trust our clients and vendors have shown us over the years. For Jenn, It was a wonderful career where she met some of the most amazing people during that time! 

We want to extend a super special thank you to Janea Mitcheltree who started the company with Jenn and they ran it together for over 5 years. We love you Janea and cherish all the amazing events we got to plan and design together. 

We also want to shout out to Rosetree incredible team of planners, designers and coordinators whom without Rosetree would not have had the amount of success it had over the years. As Rosetree embarks on this new chapter, We cannot wait to see the amazing things that await under Paloma’s leadership.

We love weddings at Paikka, and this past weekend’s celebration for Lucy and Christian was truly beautiful! Coral and dusty blue are coming in strong this season, and we’re thrilled to see our brides dreaming up such gorgeous color palettes.

Marina & Joe tied the knot this spring, and their smiles lit up the entire day! 🌸 Their celebration was a beautiful blend of their Egyptian and American cultures, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have witnessed such a unique and heartfelt union. Held in an Egyptian Coptic Orthodox Church, their ceremony was a stunning homage to their rich heritage. The wedding attire was particularly special, as the crowning ceremony symbolizes the bride and groom becoming the “rulers” of their new household—a true king and queen! 👑 For the reception, there was no shortage of dancing and bubbly fun for this lively group. We adore cultural weddings here at Rosetree, and this one was truly special. Congratulations to the happy couple! 🎉
