As a personal chef, Yang has worked throughout the greater Los Angeles area, including a number of celebrity clientele, dreaming up menus to create a balance between daring flavors and delicious food. As a caterer, Yang has worked with numerous organizations throughout the Twin Cities working with various budgets and dietary requirements all the while infusing her food philosophy that food brings people together because it transcends so many differences, and can help make any event; from a simple and casual get-together with friends, to a work-related function, to an extravagant black tie event, into a delicious and memorable success.

For those unaware, Shirley + family are also now the owners of Swede Hollow Cafe located in Dayton’s Bluff on the Eastside of St. Paul. We continue to cater increasingly as well, especially as our safety and health resume back to normal. So keep us in mind 🙂

It has been a blessing and honor to help provide prepared meals for the Elders Lodge these past couple of weeks with the support of M Health Fairview and Eastside Elders. The gratitude these senior residents have shown has been incredibly touching and we are very fortunate to have helped in what little way we can during this bleak time.
