The Inspiration -
Experiential dining is making waves in 2023, and it’s set to elevate events even further in 2024! Guests are craving cozy, restaurant-style seating, and that’s where the trend of banquette seating shines. It creates an intimate and upscale atmosphere, perfect for all gatherings. As we transition from the long Minnesota winters to vibrant spring and summers, we embrace the chance to work with fresh colors. This soft shoot was inspired by the stunning Sunset Round Banquettes from Collected & Co., perfectly complemented by the delicate Marigold Charleston linen from Nuage Designs, Inc.

The Venue -
The Metropolitan Ballroom & Clubroom is truly a gem, offering endless possibilities for unforgettable events. With luxurious décor, polished wood floors, and hand-painted tapestries, this venue radiates sophistication. Equipped with a stage, dance floor, and state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, it seamlessly blends elegance with modern touches.

The Menu -
Featuring fresh, light flavors and seasonal produce, our multi-course menu created an elevated fine-dining experience that delighted guests with unexpected culinary moments.

Highlights included:

- Starter: Watermelon and Pecorino Napoleon with Aged Balsamic and Fresh Basil
- Salad: Summer Squash, Avocado Crema, and an Herby Microgreen Salad
- Entrée: Seared Sea Bass with Poached Asparagus, Couscous Risotto, and Green Olive Salsa Verde
- Dessert: Strawberry Rhubarb Bavarois with Elderflower, Orange, and Pistachio
