The superbowl is the ultimate green light to go snack crazy, hang with friends and family, and stuff your face with ridiculously delicious grub. I've still got some catering space available, so hit me with your orders. What a remarkable week it has been! Yesterday's highlight was an early birthday celebration, complete with a sumptuous taco spread, offering a variety of toppings, homemade queso, and green sauce. Empanadas and salmon sushi balls were served as appetizers. A charcuterie tray was available for a late-night snack. The crowning glory of the spread was the oreo cheese. I have had a busy day today. My morning began with a charcuterie globes paired with mini coquitos shots, along with mini charcuterie boxes featuring ornaments and coquitos shots. A small charcuterie tray and a medium charcuterie tray followed. I appreciate my clients Carmen Baez Eden Walton and my four-legged kiddio, as well as The Bark Porch team. The Bark Porch last but not least tres leche cakes for my buddy Clark here's a sneak peek of today's offerings.
