We have had a busy and successful week with catering
Wednesday we catered breakfast for Stryker Drilling in Morgantown
On Thursday, Friday and Saturday
We catered lunch and dinner each day for the entertainment for the Barbour Country Fair (Drew Baldridge, Noah Thompson and Taylor Holder
Plus did some smoked meats and meals

1) Italian hoagie(ham, provolone cheese, salami, sandwich pepperoni, lettuce , tomato) sprinkled with Italian seasoning with a side of Italian or balsamic vinaigrette dressing comes with side
2)Pulled chicken bacon ranch sandwich comes with side
3) Steak Hoagies (mozz cheese, sautéed peppe and onions and oliverio peppers , comes with side
4) Grilled chicken or cubed ham salad (salad mix , tomatoes, cucumber, sweet peppers , boiled egg, cheese and croutons .. ranch , Italian or balsamic dressing

Sides:
Pasta salad
Homemade macaroni salad
Side salad

Also for the ones who would like supper

When I get back from vacation, I will make sure everyone makes has been placed in the drawing pot to see who the lucky winner is.
I’ve been hard trying to keep up , but I keep going though the messages and the comments that I can see 🤗
We are looking to start doing these smoked meals on Aug 23 and 24th
