‼️‼️FAQ’s and PRICING‼️‼️
❔- What is soft play?
A- Soft play is an alternative to a traditional bounce house. It is soft, colorful, and very stimulating to the growing mind. So not only is it fun for children but it is a learning experience as well!!
❔What is the recommended age?
A- Crawler to age 5 for the soft play area and Crawler to age 7 for the mini bounce house. Ages 5 and up for big bounce house.
❔- What areas do you service?
A- We service the. Mon Valley and most of Western Pennsylvania.
There may be a travel fee associated with any location 25 miles or more. Some locations are not serviceable some weekends due to scheduling.
📍- What do you charge for your set ups?
A- We can work with any budget you may have for your event. The set ups may be adjusted.
📍- How do I book?
A- Book by sending me a PM, calling, or texting me with desired date/time. I will respond as soon as I am able to. Once I confirm date is available you can pay your deposit. It is your responsibility to pay the deposit to ensure your date secure, I will send 1 follow up reminder and if still not paid you are at risk of losing your date.
📍- What is the deposit to book?
A- There is a $50 deposit to book all packages and $80 refundable incidentals deposit. *additional incidentals deposit may be collected if more than just soft play package is rented.
📍If I donʼt have the money for the deposit is my date safe?
A- Unless you communicate with me to work something out your party is only tentative. If someone else inquires about same date, it will likely go to them. I will not chase after you for your deposit, please be prepared to pay.
📍- Do you take payments?
A- Absolutely! Once your deposit is made I gladly accept payments on remaining balance, I just ask that you reference your party date each time so I can keep track of payments.
📍- What methods of payment do you accept?
A- I can charge your card manually, or I take PayPal, zelle, Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, or check. Checks may be accepted as long as there is 5 days between payment and party to allow for check to clear. Checks to be made out to my personal name, please ask.
❔ - What is the cancellation policy?
A- 48-hour courtesy notice is required for refundable deposit. If it is an unforeseen circumstance or bad weather then we can either reschedule or I will issue you a refund. Failure to provide accurate notice will forfeit your deposit but you will receive any additional payments you paid toward your balance.
❔- Can you come up with a customized package for me?
A- yes I can try to tweak my packages to fit your wants. I love to add little contrasts of your party colors to match. Quotes will be provided once all the calculations are done.
❔ - How long until I receive my refund back if I cancel?
A- I will issue refunds through the same method in which they were paid. I have between 5-7 business days to issue. If refund is not received by 8th business day please reach out to me.
📍-Is your equipment clean?
A- The equipment is very clean! It is disinfected after each party and given an extra wipe down at set up. I disinfect down to each individual ball for the ball pit.
📍-What happens if I want more time?
A- As long as there is not another party scheduled you can keep for desired amount of time and I will adjust payment accordingly.
📍- What are some things we need to know about booking hours?
A- If your party is going to end after 9pm, I kindly ask that you hold your party in an area where I can leave equipment safely until next morning due to safety concerns.
📍- When do you want the remaining payment?
A- You can pay ahead of time for your party or day of. If you have a remaining balance on day of party it is due immediately upon setup.
📍- Can I book on a weekday?
A- For full set ups, the only weekday I typically book is Friday evenings. I may make an exception if my own personal schedule allows:
📍- What happens if my child doesnʼt like it or we didnʼt end up using the equipment?
A- Unfortunately refunds will not be issued for not using the equipment.
📍- How far in advance should I book?
A- You are more than welcome to inquire about a date even if it is a few days away, you might be able to snag one! However, I highly recommend at least 2 months in advance.
📍- What if I want to reschedule?
A- Reschedules are subject to availability, however I will do my absolute best to do what I can to accommodate the change. If I cannot accommodate your change a refund will be issued.
❔- Do you do parties on holidays?
A- if my personal schedule allows I will set up on holidays. Full Price + 1/2 price applies for major holidays. (Example: full day party $300 + $150 surge charge for holidays)
📍- What happens if something breaks while weʼre using it?
A- Please report all damages immediately via messenger, text or by calling me! A picture as well as a small incident summary will be needed. As long as you do not fail to report it, you will typically not be charged unless it is direct negligence. All customers will sign a waiver prior to their party to enforce this.
📍-What happens if someone gets hurt?
A- Though unlikely, it can happen. Please notify me immediately via messenger, text or by calling me. A picture as well as a small incident report will be needed. All customers will sign a waiver prior to their party to enforce this.
📍- What type of surface is needed?
A- All surfaces must be dry and free from mud. Surface must also be flat. I will provide a tarp however if it is a dirt surface I request that you also provide a tarp for protection of the equipment and additional deposit may apply. It is recommended that the bounce house be on a grass or stake-able surface so that it does not move or slide but I can also work with concrete or tiled surfaces.
📍- Do you provide a canopy for shade?
A- There will be a $10 up charge and is only available upon request prior to arrival.
📍-Can I request a particular set up?
A- Absolutely! Equipment styles like ball pits, flooring, bounce house and gate may vary each party since I have multiple parties going at one time. If there is a style or particular picture you want me to use for inspiration please screenshot it and show me when booking, otherwise there is a chance you may not get exactly what you want.
📍- Do I get a discount if I leave off the gate?
A- The gate is not required and I will knock off a little if you choose to not have the gate. Please reach out to me for more details.
