Hello, and welcome to my page! You may be newly engaged or a second time, bride/groom or just curious as to what I’m up to! Whatever
your story is I’m so glad you are here!
First off, I'd like to share a few things about me.
My name is Cara Burge (Lucio). I’m from Monroe, Michigan. I am a new wife as of July 2021, mother of one little boy and a cat mom! A lover of coffee, pizza, yoga, classic music, and planning, of course! For the past 8 years, I have been a part of the medical world, and I have cherished all my memories made and knowledge I've gained from my coworkers and patients I have taken care of. I have enjoyed helping and taking care of others when it hasn’t always been easy, especially these
last few years. Over the last few years, I felt like there was something more for me to do in my life. I still wanted to help people, but in a
different way that was on my own time. This is what led me to start this new path! Planning has always been a part of my life. I love it! Just ask my husband about when we go on vacation how much time, research
and thought I put into our trips! You could also ask any of my close friends who were a part of my own wedding. In the winter of 2020, I
started to plan out my own dream wedding from scratch. And it turned out to be a beautiful day, but I couldn’t have done it without the help of my family and friends. Many times, people would tell me... “This is
what you're good at” and somehow, I believed them! That’s when I decided I can’t keep going back and forth. I have to just do it and put
myself out here and join the wedding world! And here we are today!
I am here to help you plan your dream wedding! I want to be honest
with all my future clients, I am very new to this as of (2022). This June
I am going to be a certified wedding and event planner through WPI
program. Although you technically don’t need to be certified, I felt I had
to learn some things about this industry and tips to use to help guide me into becoming your personal helper. I want to be able to help anybody wanting to plan their dream day!-Cara Burge
