Here's a great dip to make for when the Badgers gobble up the Cornhuskers....Go BUCKY!

Southerners are famous for their quick and easy dips, most of which come together using canned ingredients and a lot of mayo. Judge if you must, but I've never seen any of these dips not get devoured within minutes of serving.

How will you celebrate the 137th Kentucky Derby? Try this a ultra chic Kentucky Cosmo cocktail created by the Weber Grill. ENJOY!
1 1/2 oz bourbon, 1 oz fresh sour mix, 1 oz simple syrup, 1/2 oz OJ, 1/4 oz grenadine. Combine all ingredients except grenadine into a martini shaker. Pour grenadine in martini glass, swirl. Pour contents from shaker into chilled martini, garnish with orange slice.

This one has endless possibilites! Add beans, more vegetables, guac, etc and it will be awesome!

My whole family loves this beefy lasagna flavored with taco seasoning. Even my picky five-year-old will eat it. Serve with shredded lettuce, fresh sliced tomatoes, olives and sour cream.

Here it is Chrissy....try adding sauteed garlic and onions, refried beans and top with enchilada sauce. The Teff household had it last night and was delicious!

Do you have trouble finding enough room in the kitchen on Thanksgiving Day? This next recipe will help that problem...make ahead mashed potatoes and the best part is you can reheat them in a crock pot. They are darn good!

You can make these ahead several days and store in the fridge. If baking cold, let stand 30 minutes first.

Here is another green salad for next Thursday! If you have never tried fennel in your salad, you should give it a try! It is absolutely delicious! You could also toss some toasted pumpkin seeds on this for more crunch also!

Here is the easiest appetizer yet for you all! Make a beautiful cheese display! Don't cut up the cheese like your typical cheese platter but get nice wedges of many different types of cheese and pair it will fruit and nuts! If you are in Green County, head over to the local cheese factories for some of their speciality cheese and have a great time with it! If you have a slab of tile or granite, put it on there for a beautiful presentation!
