Coming out of retirement for a hot second to help raise money for this year’s state (and hopefully national🤞) competition!
Quantities are VERY limited as I’m making them between my full time jobs as mom, teacher, and wife.
The cookies are approximately 4” x 2” and will be individually heat sealed to retain freshness. They freeze beautifully!

I didn’t want to jinx anything by announcing too soon so I am SO excited to finally let you all know that today begins my career as the culinary instructor!
I have a couple weeks to settle in and get organized before the second semester begins but everyone has been so incredibly kind and inviting that it already feels like I belong.
With all this being said, P&P is going to be taking a backseat through the rest of the school year. I may be open over the summer but I’ll keep you posted. *Orders that have already been placed are still on my books!*
Thank you again for your support!

My first born. The greatest dog there ever was.
Rocky was the epitome of unconditional love. He turned 12 years young on November 25th but wasn’t a day over 6 months. I called him my forever puppy and that’s what he’ll always be.
My heart hurts. My head hurts. There is so much I want to say.
I’ll love you forever, Rock.

I will be taking even less orders than anticipated as I pursue my passion of helping others by earning my license to teach high school level CTE courses!
If you’re already on my calendar, you’re good! If not, I’ll be able to gauge how much time I can dedicate to baking after classes start a few weeks from now. I hope to be able to open my calendar as soon as possible but will keep you posted!
Thank you for your support!!

Meet our newest team member, Eddie!
Absolutely love how these logo cookies for Teton Valley Ranch Camp came out for their event in Shelby tomorrow!
Having a mom as a pastry chef pretty much meant that I was born with butter, sugar and flour coursing through my veins - if I wasn’t making mud pies in the backyard, you could find me working with mom at the BofA stadium or wearing out my prized Easy-Bake Oven (“melted plastic” was among my specialties). Nobody was surprised when I enrolled in the Baking & Pastry program at CPCC following high school graduation.
As my luck would have it, the program was booked a full school year out, so I worked toward an associate’s degree instead and began my search for a part-time job. “Cake prep” at a Myers Park bakery seemed like the perfect path for me….if only I’d iced a cake before! Despite butchering my practice run (turns out watching ‘Ace of Cakes’ doesn’t count as real experience), the team saw the potential in me and hired me on full time.
Over the next year I learned from the bottom up as I worked my way from cake prep to cake decorator. But as it turns out, food service keeps you away from your family more than I liked… or maybe it was your classic quarter-life crisis that sent me back to school to get my associates in marketing! Regardless, I quickly discovered I enjoyed marketing so much that a professor convinced me to continue my education and earn a bachelor’s degree.
Fast forward a couple more years and I’m a UNCC graduate starting a new job as a marketing assistant! At last, the opportunity I’d been waiting for! The career of a lifetime!
...not.
The job was, frankly, a dead-end dud -- but it wasn’t all bad. With my business knowledge, my continued love of baking, and my desire to work on my own terms, the job was just the kick I needed to get my baking business up and running.
Which brings us to today.
I’m armed with a whisk and I’m here to provide high-quality, fresh pastries for all the important occasions in your life (Birthdays! Weddings! Your dog’s bar mitzvah!). Gluten free? No problem! Dog-friendly? Yep! Vegan? Y’know it! Whatever your needs, I’ve got just the perfect recipe.
About the Name:
I know what you’re all thinking, and I hate to disappoint, but no, I am not a British éclair. I am, however, a Brittany Claire who happens to be fond of wordplay (and, yes, éclairs).
Thank you for taking the time to read and learn about my newest endeavor! I am in awe of the support I have received from you, my friends and family.
