Happy Thursday ❤️ My team and I had an LOL birthday party on Saturday and we only had less than 15 minutes to put up banner, blow up balloons and set up three tables it was a lot but we got it done. I could not have done this without my team.

When decorating it is not good to rush so make sure you get accurate information from the venue or client when decorating. There was a schedule conflict so we had to work with the time frame that was given to us by the venue. Client said she loved it so as long as your client is satisfied then you as the decorator have done what you were suppose to do. Many times we are hard on ourselves thinking things could look better or be better so give yourself some grace ❤️Ieasha

Happy National Employee/Helper Appreciation Day. I have to say that I have four of the most amazing helpers that do not mind helping at anytime. My husband have been a mighty force and have helped with taking down balloons, decorating the tables and so much more, my daughter is my videographer/photographer and is the best. My twins help out when they can❤️ I am so thankful, grateful, and blessed to have a crew that supports me in everything that I do and do not mind jumping in and helping when I need them.

If you have some amazing Employees/Helpers show them some love today because without them our jobs will be somewhat difficult. As always have a Super Amazing day, Be blessed and Stay Focused❤️Ieasha
