Here is the difference between an 8FT garland and a 15FT garland.
Although there may not be much of a difference in the height, adding clusters to your garland to fill it out makes all the difference! When planning your event, take that into consideration!

There is always that one client or person at a party that can’t wait to tell me their DIY balloon kit horror story 😂
Here is how much time we, as professionals, spend on your install from start to finish:
➡️ 2+ hours designing, sourcing, and ordering high quality balloons
➡️ 1+ hours working with vendors, emailing back and forth for rentals.
➡️2-4+ hours prepping and inflating balloons, along with any other material needed
➡️ 2+ hours for installation plus 15-60 minutes for breakdown
➡️ 1-2 hours traveling rentals back to vendors and returning everything back to storage
For an install like this, you’re looking at about 11 hours spent! Keep in mind that we do this daily, so I would honestly double that amount. A smaller install can be anywhere from 6-8 hours. Now factor in cleaning your house, preparing food, and other party related tasks. Now that sounds like a recipe for overwhelm !

New whip for the weekend! Who is ready to party with us! 🎉
Having an event that only allows a one hour set up window? Consider this..
1- we have to unload all of your goodies from the car to your event space. If there are steps, far parking or just a lot of equipment, this can take up to an hour in itself!
2- once your goodies are where they need to be, now it’s time to start set up. Equipment might need to be built or put together, while just setting up your station to work may need to be completed. All of which takes time.
3- some venues will have you be responsible for the floor plan and layout. This means more labor rearranging the room to the needs of the client.
4- once everything is in place, tackling the main focal point is on the to do list. Utilizing every minute to get the job done to make your statement piece pop!
5- if other tasks are included in set up, such as table settings, this will also be time consuming. Keep in mind many parties are for 50+. Table settings can easily take an hour for set up when doing it alone.
6- finally, pictures and video! As you know, we need that 😉
So if you’re having an event that allows a one hour set up window, help will need to be hired (and compensated for their time) or you can always look into purchasing extra time at your event space.
