Announcement:
About 5 years ago the work of creating 'The Tradewater' began.... and for the last 5 years we have poured our blood, sweat, and tears into this business. However, "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose...". Our plans took a lot of pivots (insert covid induindo here) and each pivot seemed to move more and more of our business away from the property that we had intended to be the center. We now conduct so much business away from the current Tradewater Venue that we decided it was time to move in a new direction. We are excited to announce that changes will be coming to 1800 US HWY 60 West. We have accepted an offer and the property will be welcoming a new business very soon.
While the dynamic of what 'The Tradewater' looks like is changing, we are not saying farewell; we will continue to operate our offsite catering business and subscription box business.

While owning and operating the full service business meant a lot of late hours, and a whole lot of challenges, it also blessed us with the opportunity to build relationships with so many people. Throughout this journey I have met people that have widened my eyes as to what our community is, and I can honestly say that UC has so many amazing people to be proud of. Through this business we have built friendships with incredible clients that have trusted us with their special moments. We had the honor of working side by side with some of the most genuine people who have made up The Tradewater staff. And we have been blessed to witness the work of our diligent county/city operators. We are so thankful for and humbled by the support from each of you.
Now we look forward to our next chapter and all the blessings it will undoubtedly bring as well.

✌️ We had a busy, but great weekend at The Tradewater. Today was our 5th annual Holiday Vendor Market. There were so many great vendors and visitors. (This is the only picture I managed to take🤦🏼‍♀️ )
Shopping + Food + Christmas music = Happy🥰

On Saturday, we were so honored to host the after party for the UC Gives Back Road Rally. Some of UC’s best managed to pull off a very fun fundraiser event. Y’all! The planning, the organization, the teamwork… this group was impressive!
