We don’t usually post things like this, but today felt different.
After our holiday market, as we were packing up, we noticed members of our local homeless community right outside of the pavilion. We always give out our extras and leftovers, but we’ve never really stopped to record the grace, the impact, or the love shared in those moments.
Today, one bite of pumpkin pie… and one simple prayer… reminded us just how vulnerable we all are—especially during this season.
That single bite may not seem like much, but to someone feeling lost, cold, or unseen, it could be warmth. It could be hope. It could be the reminder that love still exists in this dark world.
We are incredibly blessed to have a warm home and family to return to tonight. 🙏❤️ Seeing the gratitude reflected back at us today was powerful, and it humbled us in ways words can barely express.
This is why we do what we do. 🍽️✨
Not just for the food… but for the connections. The grace. The humanity.
May we all move with a little more kindness this season. You never know whose soul can be lifted by just one bite of pumpkin pie.
