Immediately needed part-time and on-call building maintenance repairs and upfit skilled labors, who can perform any of the following trades in commercial buildings:

1. Sheetrock and carpentry repairs and painting

2. Electrical repairs and adding new light fixtures and connections

3. Minor plumbing repairs in toilets and sinks

4. HVAC Maintenance Work

5. Flooring and tile experience to replace ceramic tiles and floor pan in a bathroom

6. Grounds keeping and Landscape maintenance and improvements

All work is located in Morrisville, North Carolina. You must be located within a 50-mile radius of RDU Airport. Candidate must have his own tools to perform all the work and a vehicle to report to work. Must be legal to work with a clean criminal background. Background checks will be done. Here in Wake County, even after the Phase 2 opening, gatherings are still limited to 10 people, putting a real damper on event-oriented businesses.

Our team especially knows how hard it is to plan an event in the first place, let alone scrambling to change every detail to avoid the current situation. We will not leave you high and dry. Facing the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic requires we take extra steps for the continued safety and welfare of staff, customers, and visitors.

Our staff will remain diligent in cleaning and sanitizing all sensitive areas as directed by our healthcare leaders.

To accommodate the many requests received for Saturday tours, Goels Plaza is offering appointments for tours this Saturday, March 21, 2020. Tours are limited to 30 minutes and 2 persons. The event coordinator, conducting your tour, will be respectful of the social distance that must be maintained.
