Look at these, still delicious even after the 17th. Dark Chocolate Guinness Cupcakes with Bailey’s whipped buttercream frosting, and Irish whiskey ganache. These made for an amazing dessert after all that Cornbeef and Cabbage. Goes great with coffee😉

Thank you Sarah Martin for helping me get my ducks in a row-ish.. Andre and I appreciate anything that you can contribute during this time as we have our hands full already and I will need all the hands we can get, as I won’t be able to lift over 5lb for at least 6 weeks. We will have to hire help, not only for our business so Andre can get home sooner, but for the daily care of our two smalls, and to help with daily chores.
