Thanks to the Schaible family for letting me make food for their family reunion picnic today!!! This was the kick off to my busy summer! June and July are basically booked solid but if you feel the need for some 100% Woodfired BBQ I do have dates available starting in August!

It looks like it might be kind of a dreary weekend, which means maybe you don't want to cook outside. No worries, I got you covered!!!! I will have full racks of ribs for sale at noon behind the Oasis bar on Main Street tomorrow, Saturday April, 27th! These are a St. Louis cut pork spare rib that is the perfect combination of savory and sweet!!! Due to such high demand last time I did this I have decided to put 15 racks on the smoker! Should be plenty to go around! You may message me to reserve a rack or stop down tomorrow and I will sell them that way if I have any left but reserving is definitely the way to go! The price is $25.12 per rack plus tax so that comes to an even $27!! Also keep me in mind for all of your 100% Woodfired BBQ needs!

Finished up my first ever 2 (kind of 3) event weekend. Saturday I made brisket and baked beans for the Oasis Bar for their St. Patrick's Day event, I also decided to throw some ribs on the smoker since I had the space and just sell them to the public right off of the smoker, those sold out insanely fast and the demand was insane (look for more of these kinds of things in the near future). Then Sunday night I spent up prepping for for Wilbur- Ellis in which I made brisket chili, pulled pork sandwiches, and coleslaw that I served Monday that got served to local farmers, shout-out Andrew Meier for thinking of me when setting that up. It was definitely a long sleepless weekend but definitely worth it! The season for 100% Woodfired BBQ is here and we're ready for it!!!

Summer is right around the corner! You know what that means?? Barbecue weather! Are you craving some 100% Woodfired barbecue? I am currently booking gigs for 2024. Get a hold of me before it's too late! I've been working on new recipes over the winter and am hoping to have another busy summer!!! I am licensed with the health department and insured. I am available for family reunions, company picnics, birthday party's, weddings etc., or maybe you just want some food to throw in the freezer and reheat ( I send reheating instructions with). Happy Labor Day weekend everyone! I just want to say thank you to everyone that ordered food from me for my Labor Day sale! I had a very long weekend of smoking food low and slow. This is a full go! I have all the smoker space in the world as I can run more than 1 batch of goods if I have to! If I sell more than 15 items I will drop a dollar off of every item at the time you pay! Let's get my smoker filled up as I would love to be able to do this for every major holiday! Can also deliver to New Leipzig, Elgin, and Lake Tschida on September 1st.

Are you planning a labor day BBQ or maybe you just want to keep some food in your freezer for a rainy day? Let me cook/ smoke it for you!!! Most details are in the below picture. Simply text or call me with an order, my info is on my card in the picture. All items are whole but prepared and vacuum sealed. so if you ordered pulled pork that would be a whole pork butt seasoned to perfection then slow smoked til tender for around 12 hours, then pulled, vacuum sealed then froze until pick up time. Again, all of my meats are smoked over 100% real hardwood! I use no pellets, propane, or even electricity, just live fire and vent control! I hope this works! Thank you!!!

I have a smoker trailer so I can smoke food onsite for you if you want! All my food is smoked the old fashioned way, nothing but 100% hardwood! Everyone come on out to Main street in Mott on Saturday! A full day of fun! I will be making the evening meal on site for the day, hottttttt off of the smoker! Make sure to stop by and check out the smoker and what all goes in to regulating the temperature on an offset smoker that burns 100% wood and uses ZERO electricity. Then make sure to stick around after the meal for some live music by 100 Proof as well as a fireworks display! Let's kick summer off the right way!! 🤘🤘🤘💥💥💥

Filled my smoker up today and catered into Bottoms Up Bar & Grill. Smoked about 200 wings as well as 2 briskets that we chopped up and served on top of fries, added nacho cheese and BBQ sauce and jalapenos!
