What a fun night at the PCOM Med Gala!! We love to be apart of your special day, no matter the occasion. The menu theme was a Nacho Bar, which included Chicken & Steak Fajita and Taco Meat for the protein options for toppings. We had all the fixings to go with it of course, including an awesome Seven Layer Taco Salad, several types of cheeses, salsa and peppers. They also had a fruit and vegetable platter, broccoli salad, spinach dip, chicken strip platter, mini cheese cakes, brownie bites and an assortment of cookies. Call us for your event and we will be excited to help.
