In light of a recent concerning incident involving the new tenants of our previous location in the Eastside Shopping Center, we just wanted to issue a statement that we are in no way affiliated with the Internet Lounge or its owners that resides there now. For some reason, they have left our sign up, but we have not been operating our business there since March.

Here is their sweet story:

My husband and I met at a small Bible college. Our freshman year he noticed me, the quiet bench warmer for the volleyball team. I saw him one time standing on a table in the rec hall singing, “We all live in a yellow submarine.” He was a confident and strong guy, smart, well-liked and funny. Our sophomore year we were officially introduced the first week of school by my roommate. Since his birthday fell just as classes started his parents celebrated his birthday before he left, they lived 8 hours away. He mentioned he didn’t get cards on his birthday so I decided to make him a large poster size card to celebrate his special day. He asked me to the next artist series event. I only saw him as a friend for quite a while but he continued to pursue me, love me, and show me he wasn’t going anywhere. Through church and children’s ministry work, writing me poems, and the way he looked at me with his sky blue eyes, he won me over. We were married the summer after graduation. I highly recommend marrying your best friend, even if you seemingly have different personalities.
