Hey everyone!! We are so excited to announce that in partnership with Mudslingers Coffee, we will once again be doing pictures with Santa!!! PLEASE DRESS WARM as it will be outside. The pictures and hot chocolate are free, a large portion of the donations will be going to Shop with a Cop Mountain Home Idaho. We can’t wait to see you all! 🎅🎄

It’s the weekend and so far, we haven’t had any major fires. Many times, we get late night or weekend phone calls “we found a home we love and want to make an offer but are not preapproved”. In many of these situations there are multiple offers or offers that need to be submitted by a deadline. While we don’t mind these calls, it’s not the ideal situation. In this scenario we are not given the opportunity to provide you with the best service. We don’t want to add more stress to an already stressful situation. We always recommend getting preapproved prior to house hunting. Always set yourself up for success!
