Running a small business is already so hard and to have someone just take something that is not theirs makes it just a bit harder. Please share and help me identify who this is. She was driving what seems to be a black ford explorer. The rear passenger side has a spare donut tire on it. There is also better footage from Scotty’s on the Square that has been put out there too! So thankful for good neighbors! Thanks so much for everyone’s help!
