We recommend that you bring suntan lotion, a cell phone, a camera with a waterproof case, and a towel. These items will help you make the most of your time on the water and ensure that you're comfortable throughout your rental period.

As a safety precaution, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we feel is not capable of operating the equipment safely and responsibly. Our rental team will provide you with a quick tutorial on how to operate the jet ski, and we encourage you to ask any questions you may have before setting out on the water.

Jet skis have small compartments to hold small valuables such as wallets, watches, and jewelry. However, we recommend that you leave these items at home or in your vehicle to prevent any loss or damage while on the water.

Waverunner ramps are available to make it easy for customers to load and unload their jet skis. Our rental team will assist you with using the ramp to ensure a smooth and safe experience.

If we deem the weather to be unfavorable for boating, we will reschedule your trip for another time or day. If you're unable to reschedule, a full refund will be issued. However, if you're forced to return early due to weather or dangerous water conditions, the remainder of your rental time will be rescheduled, and no refunds will be issued.

Please make sure to return the equipment on time to avoid any late fees. Late returns may result in additional charges, and there may be another rental appointment scheduled after your rental period.

Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

At Middle Tennessee Jet Ski Rentals, we make it easy to reserve your jet ski rental and start planning your summer adventure on the water. Here's what you need to know about making your reservation:

Rates for our jet ski rentals exclude taxes and the cost of fuel. When making your reservation, we require a $100 deposit with a credit card that will be applied to the final rental price.

Our fuel policy requires that you disembark with a full tank of gas and that you refuel before returning your rental. This ensures that the next renter has a full tank and can enjoy their rental without any inconvenience.

If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you let us know at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. If you fail to do so, you will forfeit your $100 deposit. In the case of inclement weather, we ask that you call us before 9 AM on the reservation date to cancel, and you will only be charged $25.00.

If you are a no-show, you will forfeit the full rental cost. We recommend that you call us to let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation.

We also offer a damage waiver or damage deposit option for our rentals. The damage waiver costs $50 and has a $100 deductible that covers up to $5000 in damages. Alternatively, you can choose to pay a deposit of $500 on a credit card slip, and you will be responsible for any damages incurred during your rental.

One of our rental requirements is that the renter operating the jet ski must be born before January 1, 1989, or 21 years of age with a valid boater's license. If you were born after January 1, 1989, and do not have a boater's license, we offer an online course that you can take to obtain your license. This course is quick and easy to complete and will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate a jet ski safely and responsibly.

In addition to age and licensing requirements, we also require that all renters wear a personal flotation device (PFD) at all times while on the water. We provide PFDs for all renters, and our rental team will ensure that each PFD fits properly and is in good condition.
