Affordable Cakes, Cupcakes, Cookies and CakePops made by a local mom upon request! I do my best to b Payment is due upon receipt of invoice to secure services.

Orders will be cancelled after 24hours of nonpayment of invoice to allow availability to other clients. No refunds will be given for client cancellation, however a credit will be given for a future date. Weddings may be booked by deposit only, however remaining balance must be paid 24 hours prior to event if paying with debit/credit or at time of set up in cash. No Checks will be accepted. Wedding

balances must be secured with a contact at the venue and a contact person established for final approval. Acceptance of all items at pick up or delivery constitutes acceptance of work. Any issues with design, colors, theme or size must be addressed before leaving with items. Once an item has left our hands, we are not responsible for damages that may occur while transporting or setting up. All items are made in a cottage kitchen that shares surfaces with allergens such as peanuts, oils and dairy. Consume at your own risk. I look forward to making your event a memorable one! Dipped Apples will be available this year starting in AUGUST as these make an amazing Back to School gift for your teachers!! Double dipped in homemade caramel then chocolate-with apples picked fresh from the farm in NC!!! It’s Memorial Day Weekend and you know what that means!!!
4th of July Preorders are OPEN!!!
I’ll only be doing the items listed this year, as pick up will be 6/27-6/28. I’ll be out of town at an event for the 4th, and all items listed have a freshness date of two weeks!
I will cut off ordering as soon as I hit my limit!! Double Dipped Apples are $10 each, Pies are $20 each, everything else is $25/dozen!!!! DIY cookie kits will also be $25 for twelve cookies, sprinkles and three icings.

This post isn’t to down anyone, in fact I absolutely LOVE Kilwins…but an observation.
I love peanut butter eggs, and treated myself to one recently at Kilwins. It’s was good, but look at the size compared to the price. This is the difference between a small business and a corporation. Theirs was good, a little dry and not as moist as mine. But what got me was that it had over 50!!!!!!! Ingredients! Mine have 5.
So always think small business when you can. The quality is better and get this….theirs was $9 and mine are $10. Theirs was 4oz and mine are 16 oz!!!!
Again this is not a shot at Kilwins as I love them and treat myself to something of theirs often. But simply a reminder of the benefits of supporting small businesses :) Mine is the one on the left….theirs is the one on the right 😳

Sunday I made my yearly batch of Apple Butter. This year’s turned out the best by far, for a couple of reasons I think. First off, this year’s crop of apples in Hendersonville NC have been incredible!!! Also, I used (real) maple syrup and honey instead of white sugar and brown sugar. I don’t sell this, so I’ll be posting the recipe in the comments! I do a large batch so if you want to make a larger batch just do what I do and multiply the ingredients by however many times you want to increase! This can be done over the stove top or in a crock pot!

A nice welcome back yesterday, after a two week vacation! Birthdays and Adoptions!

🎄 What a WONDERFUL Holiday Season this year has been!!! Thanks to all of YOU!!! Hundreds and Hundreds of Cocoa Bombs, Dipped treats, Cookies, Cupcakes, CakePops-you name it-went out the door this year. HUNDREDS!!!!!! From September through December I work 12 hour days and though they’re exhausting at the time, looking back on a few of my favorites from the season make it all worth it ❤️ Here are some of my favorites!! My only regret this year, is not taking enough pictures. Most things were made and packaged so quickly there was no time to stop and take a picture :( I will be CLOSED now for TWO WEEKS for some R&R but I’ll be rolling out Valentine’s Day items faster than you can say “Happy New Year” ;) so keep an eye out!! As many of you found out this month-if you don’t order early before I hit my limit on items, then you miss out so order early if you’d like Valentine’s items once posted. You can still message to place an order but please keep in mind that nearly all event/party spots for the second half of January and all of February are filled already so reach out soon if you need a cake or treats for January/February!
