Stuffed long peppers!
What are they stuffed with you ask??
Leftover Sicilian pizza with sausage and mushrooms, additional sausage, bread, eggs and locatelli cheese...tooped with shredded manchengo (sp) cheese.
Sprinkled with olive oil before baking.
Very tasty!
