It’s Ashlie’s Culinary Weekend, and I am inviting all of you to join Saturday’s brunch from 9:30am-1:30pm.

Menu includes:
•Strawberry or Blueberry Cheesecake French Toast with hash browns and eggs $11

•Cajun Shrimp and Grits $12

•Old Tradition - Eggs, Bacon, Hash Browns, and 2 Buttermilk Pancakes $10
*All eggs will be cooked to your desire. If you want extra bacon, it will be a $2 up charge.*

•Biscuits & Gravy $8

Hello my GG Followers. I know it's been awhile since I posted anything, but Culinary School has kept me extremely busy. I wanted to jump on and share with you a few dishes that I mastered during my 1st Semester. Once I have completed all the courses, I look forward to adding every dish that I learn to my menu option. 🙂

Hello Everyone,

Sorry I have been MIA, but I have been rebranding myself and my business. I am about to start Culinary School to get my degree as a Chef AND am in the process of moving away from selling individual dinners to catering events.

I have already been booking a few events. Here are a few pictures of the latest event that I catered. I am still in the process of working out a few kinks, but once I am fully functional, I will be back to give you the details of how you can book and services that will be provided.

I appreciate everyone's support thus far as I take the journey into my new ventures in life.

You can get your choice of 3 meats that include steak, chicken, and shrimp with fried rice for $15.

We wanted to let you all know that tomorrow - Friday, we will be offering the FAMOUS "crack" pasta. It will be PRE-PAID ORDERS ONLY AND will be 1st come, 1st serve, while supplies last for THAT DAY. Orders will run from 2pm-8pm!!!!

Orders are accepted via INBOX ONLY. Each order will be $10 and you must cashapp to lock in your order. If you do not have cashapp, you can bring your payment to Hughes Towers and leave it with Ms. Ozella, but your order is not confirmed until the payment is received.
