Drop in graduation parties where guests come and go.. We served appetizers and charcuterie boards to make it easy for guests to make their plates throughout the party. Rustic surprise birthday party for a bull rider/cowboy. We catered the meal out of cast iron skillets and kept it warm over bricks with sterno burners. While waiting for the birthday guy, guests enjoyed appetizers including cowboy caviar with tortilla chips. The decorated farm house tables included butcher paper, ever green trimmings, and mason jars. We added the birthday guy’s favorite candies and sweets for dessert.
