a peek into our inaugural @lilliansfloralstudio summer social this past sunday 😍 we loved sweating, shivering and socializing with our team, vendors, partners, freelancers and farmers at @joinframework. such a great opportunity to celebrate and rejuvenate after a busy season for all with some sauna, cold plunge, mobile chair massages, pressed juices and light bites. thank you to all who joined us and a special thanks to my husband @allenpenn and the Framework team for hosting us and coaching so many through their first cold plunge(s)!
