Mark's mobile kitchen and customized catering trailers allow him to customize his catering services to your unique needs, regardless of location. He has a close working relationship with local vendors that can provide event planning services, tent and equipments rentals and even music. Any menu can easily be tailored to meet diverse budgets, dietary needs and can even include a family favorite! Weddings, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Graduations, Retirement Parties, Company Picnics, Holiday Parties, Pig Roasts & BBQ's, Clam Bakes, Cooperstown Family Vacations…you name it, he does it. The sky is the limit! We are also enjoy giving back to the community. Just this year, we've donated to The Festival of Trees at Chenango Memorial Hospital, the Quilt & Apple Fest at the First Baptist Church of South New Berlin and a fundraiser for a UV graduate. Who is ready for Thanksgiving? Don't want to fight the holiday crowds at the stores? Who has all the time to prepare the big Thanksgiving meal and honestly, who wants all the mess in their kitchen? Why not have a classically trained chef prepare everything you need for your holiday meal? We will provide you with a holiday meal for 15-20 people prepped and ready for your oven or stovetop. Larger groups can be accommodated! This includes: an 18-22lb turkey trimmed, seasoned & ready for the oven, mashed potatoes (peeled, cut & stored in a vacuum sealed bag with milk, butter & chives), green beans & carrots (trimmed, peeled, blanched & ready to be sautéed in butter), butternut squash (peeled, seasoned & cooked - ready to be heated), apple & cranberry stuffing (only needs baking), pan dripping gravy (ready to be heated), cranberry sauce and dinner rolls. For dessert, we have Ma Tuller's world famous apple pie (trust us, you don't want to miss out!) and pumpkin pie. Let us take the stress out of your Thanksgiving meal.
