❤️❤️❤️❤️🥩😋 I’m ready to get things moving again!!! Baby steps this time around tho!! Opening a business in a full out pandemic was brutal but taught me so much!!! I’m ready to see what I can do if given the chance again.. I have no doubt I’ll thrive!!!

The man in the middle is the Italian Beef King 👑 he made it for us all the time ❤️So it’s safe to say I did this in honor of him, although I’ve tweeked his recipe a little, it’s still the yummy wholesome Italian beef that dad made ❤️ I hope I’m making you proud Daddy ❤️❤️❤️ Rest in heavenly peace ❤️😇

Anyone else craving some of my famous Italian Beef!?!? 🇮🇹🥩 I’m getting a plan together and gonna try and give it another shot!!!! However I lost the food truck so I’m trying to come up with another plan!!! If you know of a bar and grill that are needing something different and would like to have an Italian Beef night- I would gladly bring my slow cooker and serve some delicious 😋 Italian Beef sandwiches, tacos 🌮 or nachos it’s all so good and when I say Texas size I mean it 😉 I’ll make this shareable!!! Covid is not gonna win, it took my food truck but it didn’t take away my intense drive to get back in the game!!!!! I have my food management and all other licenses needed. Thanks in advance y’all 🙏

🚨PSA 🚨🚨Change of day and time!!! We’ll be back at our old stomping grounds TOMORROW from 12-7p. I lost a dear friend at this location not long ago- I haven’t been able to go back since, but Chuck would want me to pull up my Boot straps and carry on!!!! And that’s exactly what I am gonna do!!!! Rip big guy 🙏❤️🙏I will put a memorial where he wrecked, I have a crucifix and a few other things, I would like to leave there- so nobody ever forgets my buddy!!!!! This is my dear friend Chuck that lost his life in a head on collision on FM 306 & Purgatory on his way to work, his dear wife Lora,of 23 years, is a very close friend of mine- she was the first to befriend me down here and we’ve stayed close every since ❤️ If you have anything extra to help her through this difficult time, I sure wish I had a million because it’d go to her ❤️ Lora works but as most couples do, Chuck handled a lot of the bills.. so like I said anything is gonna help at this time ❤️❤️ I praying this raises enough to take of her rent etc..

Lora lost her best friend and husband. Chuck died and went to heaven at 8:06 … Terri Wooldridge needs your support for Funeral & Living Expenses For Lora West

We’re almost sold out of Italian Beef 😋 It’s so delicious 😋 I can’t keep it!! LoL 😂 We’ve discussed and are gonna close tomorrow but be open on Sunday, so we’ll be back Thursday- Sunday and next week Wednesday-Sunday if this works out better, we’ll keep it this way, and be closed on Monday&Tuesday then that way we’re open all weekend!!!
