A sad update: Police say The 19 year old involved in that hit and run in Taylor Twp, Lawrence County has died. Police have identified a possible driver. No charges yet.

Today, Meagan Billyk the chair of Jake Billyk’s Journey 3rd Annual Golf Outing and Jake's mom, stopped by our office to present Stephanie Pugliese director of development, with a donation for $10,000. The outing was held on July 28th, at the Castle Hills Golf Course in New Castle, PA. Every year, this outing is held in honor of Jake Billyk who at age 9, was granted his wish for a tropical vacation. Now 16 years old, Jake is in 11th grade at New Castle Senior High School and is a member of the golf team. Jake greeted the 116 golfers who attended the outing, which is funding the wishes of children from the New Castle area.

We would like to thank the Billyk family for their continued support!

Hi Facebook Friends. We are set up and accepting donations for the West Virginia Flood Victims. The list below are the items that are greatly needed. Please bring your donations to Jones Creations, 9th St. West Pittsburg, PA. There is a tent set up in front of the office. Another drop off sight is available at S.N.P.J. in Mt. Jackson. Their hours are 9-5 only, Thursday - Sunday

* all cleaning supplies; buckets, mops, brooms, chemicals for cleaning, laundry soap,
towels, heavy rubber gloves, mud boots
* baby food, diapers, baby supplies, wipes
* bath towels, wash clothes, hand wipes
*paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, disposable silverware and cups
*peanut butter, crackers, cereal, chips and any other non perishables foods
*Gift Cards (gas, Visa, Walmart, or Kmart stores)
*coloring books and crayons
*new toys for kids (small trucks, cars, dolls etc.)
* Flash lights and Batteries

PLEASE, NO CLOTHES

We are also taking cash donations to buy any additional items needed.
Our fist trip will leave on July 4th and hopefully a second the following weekend.
