Happy Thursday everyone! I’ve had a lot of questions about when the flower wagon will be open again and I’m really hoping it will be open in a few weeks. All of my flowers a little behind this year but they are growing strong and I think it will be a great year once they start blooming!

The first anemones of the year and the first I’ve ever grown! I LOVE them. The detail in this flower is stunning and the contrasting colors are gorgeous. Look for these beauties at the flower wagon in a few weeks!

Finally got around to getting the plastic on our high tunnel. Thanks, dad! We still have to secure the ends but I am so excited to have it up! This means more flowers earlier in the year. It’s bitter sweet to have the 2021 growing season officially behind us but I can’t wait until 2022!

As a child it was a yearly tradition to find a caterpillar and watch the amazing process of it turning into a butterfly. So when I had little ones, I was excited to be able to share the process with them. This it butterfly number 3 of 4! We are waiting for one more to hatch. Of course we release them in the cut flower garden!

A fun fact this one is a female monarch. Males have thinner black veining and a black spot on the back of each of their wings!

Benarys giant zinnias held my heart all summer! They are slowing way down with the cold and I’m already looking forward to fresh blooms next summer. Salmon rose was my all time favorite this summer.

How cute are these dahlia seedlings?! These seeds are Bees Choice from

This is my first year growing dahlias and they have been so slow to get going! I hear from fellow flower farms that it hasn’t been a great year for them. I am so grateful that they are finally blooming.

We do our best to have the highest quality of flowers for all of you! This heat and humidity is not the best to harvest or put flowers out on the stand in. So we will have a limited number of flowers out this weekend. We should be back to a full stand next weekend! Thanks for all the support 🌸

Weekly bouquet giveaway! We want to give back to our community and each Sunday (while we have flowers) we will be giving away a bouquet or arrangement to someone who could use a little joy and kindness! We are looking to all of you to nominated someone in the community who would love getting these flowers.
