This is the Gospel: because of God’s great love and kindness towards mankind, God sent His only Son Jesus Christ who died and rose again so that whosoever believes in Him receives forgiveness, salvation, and life eternal with God.
GOD’S LOVE FOR YOU
Here are 4 truths:
1.) God loves you that He desires to have Eternal life with you!
“For God so loved the world that He gave
His only Son, so that everyone who believes
in Him may not perish but may have eternal
life.” (John 3:16)
2.) Man has a Sin problem and is separated from God.
And because of their sins they pay the penalty of spiritual and eternal death.
"All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God;” (Romans 3:23)
“For the wages of sin is death, …”
(Romans 6:23)
3.) The solution of the Sin problem is not religion, good works or good morals. But, Jesus Christ is the only solution. Jesus is God's only way to eternal life.
a.) HE IS THE ONLY WAY. HE COMPLETELY PAID THE PENALTY OF YOUR SINS.
“I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6)
“For Christ also suffered for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, in order to bring you to God”
(1 Peter 3:18)
b.) HE DIED FOR YOU AND HE ROSE FROM THE DEAD. HIS RESURRECTION PROVES THAT HE IS THE SON OF GOD, THE MESSIAH, THE ONLY SAVIOR.
“the gospel concerning his Son, who was descended from David according to the flesh and was declared to be Son of God with power according to the spirit of holiness by resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord,”
(Romans 1:3–4)
c.) HE PROMISES ETERNAL LIFE.
“Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever disobeys the Son will not see life, but must endure God’s wrath.”
(John 3:36)
4.) We must place our faith in JESUS CHRIST to save us. WE ARE SAVED BY GOD’S GRACE THROUGH FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST ALONE.
“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God— not the result of works, so that no one may boast.”
(Ephesians 2:8-9)
✔️FAITH IN JESUS ALONE + NOTHING OF US = SALVATION
We show our faith in Jesus Christ by:
1.) Accepting His gift of eternal life
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
(Romans 6:23)
2.) Turning away from our sins
“If any want to become My followers, let them deny themselves and take up their cross and follow Me.” (Matthew 16:24)
3.) Surrendering our lives to Him
ARE YOU WILLING TO MAKE THE DECISION TO TRUST AND FOLLOW JESUS AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR?
❤️ By Faith you may pray this prayer:
LORD JESUS,
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR LOVING ME. I CONFESS THAT I HAVE SINNED AGAINST YOU. BUT THANK YOU, FOR DYING ON THE CROSS FOR MY SINS. THANK YOU THAT YOU HAVE COME TO SAVE ME. TODAY, I PUT MY TRUST IN YOU. BE MY LORD AND SAVIOR. I ACCEPT YOUR GIFT OF ETERNAL LIFE AND I SURRENDER ALL THAT I HAVE TO YOU. I REPENT OF MY SINS AS I ACCEPT YOUR FORGIVENESS. FROM THIS DAY ON, I CHOOSE TO FOLLOW YOU! FILL ME WITH YOUR HOLY SPIRIT.
IN JESUS' NAME, AMEN
CONGRATULATIONS! IF YOU HAVE PUT YOUR FAITH IN THE SAVING WORK OF JESUS. YOUR ETERNAL LIFE AND JOURNEY BEGINS TODAY!
“This is indeed the will of my Father, that all who see the Son and believe in him may have eternal life; and I will raise them up on the last day.”
(John 6:40)
ALL OF YOUR SINS ARE PAID FOR AND FORGIVEN.
(PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE SINS)
“He has rescued us from the power of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” (Colossians 1:13–14)
YOU ARE A NEW PERSON IN GOD’S EYES.
A NEW LIFE HAS BEGUN FOR YOU
“So if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new!”
(2 Corinthians 5:17)
YOU BECAME A CHILD OF GOD.
“But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name,” (John 1:12)
You now have a very personal and permanent relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. To grow in your relationship with Him:
1.) Pray to Him everyday.
2.) Read the Bible. This is how God talks to you. Begin with the Gospel of John. Read a chapter a day and ask the Holy Spirit to help you understand it.
3.) Join a discipleship group.
4.) Attend a Bible-Based Church
5.) Share the gospel to everyone
