I am up to my ears in an event I am doing right now and it has my attention. Here is the info for th e upcoming online vendor show starting on the 26th. If interested please let me know.
***THIS is how the online virtual vendor show will work for participating vendors and crafters. ***
Following is how it will work :
1. If interested you will pay the vendor fee just as if it were an in person show. Also I ask you to donate an item that can be placed for auction over the course of the event to benefit the fundraiser. Fee is $25 for first business and $15 for each additional one you chose to include.
2. I have made up a group event page for my events, and this event will run for 7 days.
3. You will be invited and asked to invite as many people as possible. At least 20
4. You as a vendor will need to make a post introducing yourself. Explaining what you do/ sell etc. you can add PayPal info, website info, etc.
5. Then every day you can post up to 3 -5 times a day of items you have for sale. The number of 3-5 will be determined at start of show. This number depends on the number of vendors signed to participate. The number of pictures you add per post is completely up to you. These posts can not be made all at one time. You will need to spread them out throughout each day. Even if it’s an hour or two apart. Each post will need to include a brief description, price, shipping if offered, pick up options, your PayPal or payment options, your website, if you invoice, what payment methods you accept, etc.
6. Donated items to the fundraiser will need to be to me so pictures can be taken and I have the items to get to potential winners, or you must agree to ship the item to the winning bidder and supply me with a picture of the item to be used on the page for the auction items.
7. If you wish to participate payments must be received before you start to post in the event Either by dropping it off, PayPal, meeting me, etc
8. I will set up the event on A beginning date and allow it to run through Friday a week ending on the 7th day after.

I want to post on here the executive order from Governor Justice himself and in fact signed into order. Craft /vendor fairs ( more-so a show or event not a fair) are not categorized with county or state fairs & festivals associated with the fairs and festivals association.
However, with that said the executive order states. All fairs & festivals are prohibited. Meaning state and county. ALL are prohibited. Also the order states no more than 25 people in a gathering and that includes outdoors unless they have been deemed essential. Attached are the articles and highlighted parts pertaining to. Please don’t be confused on what a fair or festival is. Because of these orders the fairs have been cancelled for the year as stated prohibited. Furthermore, I spoke directly to the Governors Legal Department and was told to follow said guidelines and the order will not be lifted. The governor has issued funding out to those fairs and festivals prohibited after the said order. There is an entire listing of the fairs and festivals on his site with the amount each will receive. So, I ask please know the differences and know executive orders have been placed as well as guidelines to follow. Thank you

I want to let everyone know the upcoming Autumn Fest that was scheduled for October 9th,10th, and 11th has been cancelled due to the Governor’s executive orders and guidelines prohibiting any fairs or festival to go on.

Okay. I am gonna make this post to all of you here. I hope it reaches all of my vendors and crafters. I am just as upset as the next person over events being canceled. I hate it along with this virus. I have been asked by persons in this group and out of this group why I haven’t held vendor events when there is one this weekend and others coming up around that haven’t canceled. Well the answer to that is this. The a Governor has placed executive orders and guidelines on a lot of things and those happen to include gatherings / events. It prohibits more than 25 people together at these gatherings. Because of these orders and guidelines one can be fined and or sued if they are not followed. I for one and I am sure none of you want to be fined or sued and I won’t put any of you in a position that I won’t place myself. If someone wants to ignore the rules the state has put in place then that is their prerogative. I refuse. I have worked too hard in my life to lose things over a lawsuit or pay out unnecessary monies to a fine over the simplicity of just following executive orders and or guidelines. I on the other hand am not trying to be a Debbie Downer ! I have called almost daily and spoke to those at the Governor’s office and also spoke to their legal department. So, I have heard these things first hand from the horses mouth. I am sorry I will not be one to place myself nor you in to a situation as such. I will as long as these orders are in place and not lifted continue to hold events online like the one being held now. This warrants everyone remaining safe and following those orders and guidelines handed to us. Again I am not sorry for being someone to follow these orders and guidelines as rules are rules and put in place for a reason. Thank you for understanding and I wish you all the best throughout this craziness we all are facing with this. Every person attending an event has to be counted. That includes vendor, anyone who assists or comes with the vendor( adult, child, or baby), concession workers, country store/ Chinese auction workers, 50/50 ticket sales worker, and anyone who is in attendance to shop. That 25 number doesn’t take long to add up. Again I apologize to those who aren’t happy about this but I get it and no one is more upset over this than myself. It takes a lot of time to organize these events to only be limited and or canceled. I appreciate each of you and am glad you remain loyal to the events I do and/ or am able to organize. Thank you.

It is with great sadness this post is having to be made. The craft/vendor show scheduled for August 15th at the United Methodist Church in New Martinsville has been canceled. I am terribly sorry but we have guidelines to be followed from our Governor and at this time we are still under a 25 person limit on attendance for events. We would have that many in crafters and vendors without allowing the browsers and buyers inside. Please understand and know this event will be rescheduled after the beginning of 2021. Okay everyone, I am working on getting info to everyone on the upcoming events. Please be patient. I am trying to get the info out to everyone. It’s tough when some phones won’t open them. It also sometimes gets crazy trying to keep vendors in several events straight with out duplicates. I do have a system which makes it easier but I have more of the same vendors for several direct sales and making sure ya all are on right spread sheet can be time consuming. I do need for those who are pending for events to get payments in. I don’t want to wait till last minute and have to be trying to find someone. I am trying to stay on top of this for ya all. 😊 I am also in need of many vendors for the Autumn Fest and we are digging in to get the festival organized and flowing for October. With all the other fairs around cancelling we are figuring for a big festival and I want to get vendors lined up as soon as possible so I can move onto getting the entertainment and events planned
