Our three Connecticut locations have been family owned and operated since 1998. Sisters Sue and Joanne opened our Southbury store 14 years ago, their brother Steven opened our Newtown location 10 years ago, and I (Adam) opened the doors to our New Milford store in October of 2009. We have fresh pasta in all different sizes, shapes, fla

vors, and cuts. Our fresh pasta sheets are a must for your homemade lasagna and manicotti, or watch us custom cut each sheet into fresh angel hair, linguini, spaghetti, fettuccini, or pappardelle while you shop. In addition, we carry our own line of gourmet ravioli, prepared meals, sauces and soups…we also cater! While we do carry a wide selection of imported meats, cheeses, pastas, dips, spreads, jams and other items that we hand pick from around the world, we make a conscious effort to promote products that are created right here in our back yard. We proudly stock specialties such as locally bottled and infused olive oils from the Olive Oil Factory in Waterbury, pasta sauces from Simsbury, ice cream from Ferris Acres Creamery of Newtown (the last working dairy farm in Fairfield County), Gelato from New Haven, bread from the Bronx, cookies from Queens, Bridgewater Chocolate, and much, much more.
