Please allow me to introduce myself and our family business, Sloans BBQ, LLC, to y’all. A Louisiana native and Myron Mixon BBQ school graduate, I have found myself back in Florida with my wife after the birth of our first son, Beckett, to be closer to our families. Now that we have settled in (we moved down 2 days before Hurricane Ian), and I’ve been able to get our LLC and license paperwork registered with the state, I am ready to take on new clients for BBQ and boil events for the spring and summer! Let us take your upcoming gatherings to the next level with a catered seafood boil and/or a cajun BBQ spread with a creole twist!
For the Spring/Summer 2023, we currently offer:
(1) BBQ and smoked meats (pulled pork, brisket, ribs, beef ribs);
(2) Crawfish boil (freshly delivered from NOLA-seasonal offering through May);
(3) Traditional seafood boil;
(4) Prime rib and traditional meats;
(5) Custom catering options based on your specific preferences, depending on availability and party size.
With customizable prep, service, delivery, and cleanup options available, let us take the hassle (and mess) out of your upcoming holiday or special occasion event. We are happy to work within specific budget boundaries and/or party sizes up to 100 people at this time.
As the “busy” season is in full swing, please don’t wait to contact us to schedule your consultation and event! We are now booking in to May, but there are still spots remaining for earlier weekends in the interim.
