This past week felt like a dream! I am so thankful to the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women, Black in Business program for rolling out the red carpet for all of us in Cohort # 4! We were welcomed into an inviting, affirming and intentional safe space to get down to business (literally) and it set the tone for what is to come in the following 10 weeks. I know I’m going to be challenged past my comfort zone, yet encouraged and supported.
