Super easy to make!
You’re gonna say, that’s it?
That’s basically what we are known for- yummy food, not complicated, no funky spices….

Confetti potatoes washed and scrubbed
Put in pot of salted water. Bring to boil. Make sure potatoes are fork tender but not too soft.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Toss in a bit of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper and Fresh minced garlic.
Put on parchment lined sheet pan and bake for 10 min.

Super simple side dish perfect for . Peel and slice sweet potatoes. Line them on a parchment lined tin. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with craisens. Cover with parchment and foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover and cool.
