Your event day timeline doesn’t start with your ceremony. We start our timeline from the minute you’re up getting ready. Creating your hair & makeup timeline. Suggesting when to eat! 🙏🏼(Please eat). All the way to the very end. We incorporate not just our team but everyone involved in your wedding party, special immediate family, important contacts, music, delivery timing and so much more.

When budgeting for your wedding make a list of priorities in order and figure out what’s most important to you. Also keep in mind these often forgotten items dependent on your space.
✨Here are a few that sometimes clients forget to budget.
🌿 Lighting- Does your venue require extra lighting are you looking to create an overall mood where lighting is a must have? Budget this in prior to. A professional install can take anywhere from 2-8 hours and at times requires lots of “man” power to make it happen.
🌿 Overnight stay? Don’t forget to to include costs for a hotel, bed and breakfast of Airbnb that’s a fit for you.
🌿Gratuity, while more expected for everyone if your vendors did a great job it’s a nice way to say thank you!
🌿Officiant, Rabbi etc-This is the person kicking off your important day don’t forget to this special person.
My two most important things for my wedding day were decor and aesthetic (flowers,color, rentals) and photography so I invested the most in those. Things I wanted but wasn’t as worried about-music. I wanted a big party do a fun DJ was important but I saved thousands by not booking a band.

So excited for our upcoming micro wedding! Great couple, gorgeous views and really good food. We took a lot of time resourcing local venues that can accommodate micro weddings and we have an amazing list. Reach out to us for your elopements and micro weddings for up to 50 guests. Love Wed was started pre covid, while it’s a niche market there was definitely a need for it and we will continue to celebrate the micro way. Dates are limited but don’t hesitate yo ask. .

They were easy going, professional, supportive, and true experts in each of their respective areas. Having a collective that checked off all the major vendors (planning, photography, florals, and details like signage/calligraphy) made things feel so easy. They work seamlessly together. While they each carry their fine-tuned expertise everyone strived to make our wedding what we wanted, unique and special for us.

Dawn cared for us the day of, making sure everything ran smoothly and making sure we had everything we needed. Christa’s florals arrangements were stunning; I can’t even claim her florals were exactly what I wanted because they exceeded any expectations I had. Our clients wanted to have their event at their local dive bar. Cool with us! We used beer bottles for some of the center pieces and used these vintage serving trays for clusters of bud vases. We dressed up the atmosphere but also went with it. Why not? Your wedding us up YOU as a couple and a long marriage ahead. Cheers. 🍻 🌷

🖊 Seating chart-
We love, love them. Things to consider if using one. The good thing with weddings is that we don’t have large parties so one is great. It’s a good idea to have the chart close to cocktail hour or a bar in general for guests to look over in with ease. We also like to have enough room so that multiple guests can look at once. If you want assigned seats in addition place cards are a beautiful addition. Want to keep your seating chart forever? Why not purchase a gorgeous vintage mirror to repurpose in your future or current home together. ✨

They read your mood immediately when you enter the office they also know immediately not to speak to you until you 9 am coffee settles in. What’s your favorite cocktail or mocktail? Will you incorporate it into your wedding day?
My favorite is a Spicy marg but during the winter months I’m just happy with a good glass of Chianti. Simple and warm! My husband is into anything with lemonade.
