Hi y’all! It’s been a minute since I’ve shown my face on here and I want to introduce myself to you new followers!
I’m Melissa Fairchild Clark, private chef and caterer, hat addict, BLT connoisseur, and accidental cheese monger. I’m a born and raised Jersey girl who quit the corporate fashion and furnishings industry of NYC and moved to California to become one of 12 students in the country’s first farm-to-table focused curriculum. I cut my teeth in Silicon Valley and Wine Country, and then moved back east to revisit my roots.
Fairchild’s Fromage was born from necessity out of my other outfit, . It’s a wonderful marriage of what I love: food, artistry, design, curation, family-style eating, and being at all the parties 😉.
I’m in a major moment of growth with this business and the ideas, collaborations and actions are flowing freely, so stay tuned for what’s next, and I’ll see you around a board!
