Marketing & Social Media Summer Internship:

Are you passionate about all things luxury and obsessed with social media? Are you ready to show off your skills and build on your experience in the social media and marketing world? Do you check your Instagram feed constantly and follow trendsetters and influencers whose style you admire? Can you create a consistent “look and feel” for a brand and do you love being able to spend time making your social media images perfect and want to get paid for it?
If so, the Marketing Internship at Davis Designs is for you. This job will encompass all the many facets of marketing our luxury brands, which include Pickett’s Press, luxury stationery, and Davis Designs, luxury home décor and accessories: All Social Media platforms (Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, etc); Google Ads, all Digital Marketing, Newsletters, Managing our Affiliate shopping program, Traditional PR, working with press and bloggers, and also assisting our showroom manager with keeping up-to-date with our e-commerce platforms on Shopify, Amazon, Etsy and our retail partners.
Requirements:
-MUST be a college student or graduate.
-Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop preferred but not required.
-Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel.
-Must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of a luxury brand aesthetic, either through your own social media accounts or through one you have managed.
-Hours are flexible but in person hours are required.
Who we are looking for:
-A self-starter who is eager to learn
-Someone who can demonstrate their strong skill set on our social media platforms.
-A team player with a positive attitude in the workplace is a MUST.
-Creative, enthusiastic and up to speed with the trends.
