Looking for that perfect passed hors d'oeuvre? Try this!

Dippin' Chips White Bean Dip

Serves 4

• 1 14.5 oz. can white beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 small garlic clove, chopped
• Zest and juice of 1 lemon
• ¼ cup olive oil
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
• Greek olives, sliced for garnish
• 1 bag Dippin’ Chips (recommended: Three Bean, Veggie, Super Grains)

1. In a food processor, combine the white beans, garlic, lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.

2. Pipe this mixture into chips and garnish with olive slices.
