Sharing some beautiful moments with our brides and their fathers as today is all about Father’s Love! 🤍

I so much love and appreciate witnessing moments like Daughter and Father’s dances at a wedding day. We see fathers’ beautiful true love and how emotional it is letting their daughters fly away!

If you are still thinking of songs that could be great to enjoy with your father and daughter dance here is our pro tip: Think about the highlights of your relationship. Any song that you enjoy singing together, maybe a more pop song that relates with you both more than some traditional songs? What about the lyrics? Any special lyric that sums up how you feel about your dad?

What really matters is to enjoy the moment and be present.

Today is all about Bruna and Rafael! Happy first wedding anniversary to these two lovebirds who truly have stolen my heart!Do you know those moments in life that you can not explain how ecstatic you feel? According to B+R, their elopement in NYC was a dream come true. I have no words to express how thankful I am that they allowed me to be their wedding planner and guide them through these amazing months (more like years since we started planning their wedding day before covid hit)! What happens if it rains on your wedding day?Spring in NYC is one of the most beautiful times of year. But what happens if in your wedding day is as pouring as today in NYC? That’s one more reason why working with a planner is so important. They will help you create a Plan B for Raining Days considering all aspects of the planning process.

Here are our best tips for creating a Rain Plan for your wedding day!

✨ Ask your venue if they have a backup plan for rainy days. If not, discuss alternatives.
✨ If you are hosting the ceremony or reception outdoors, review your budget and make sure you consider any extra expenses such as renting a tent or having additional staff available to flip the ceremony location into a reception.
✨ Buffer some extra time on your timeline as you may expect a few extra delays!
✨ Have your photographers be prepared for shooting on a wet day.
✨ We love clear umbrellas on raining days - Besides adding a fun touch to the final photos, it also allows some light to come through and helps the overall result of your pictures
✨ Have you thought of having an extra pair of shoes?
✨ And finally - Embrace the weather and have some fun!

As a planner, we will be negotiating with all vendors on your behalf to decide the best moment to make the final call. An outdoor wedding may ask for at least 1-day notice and depending on the venue and set-up details, up to 1 hour before the ceremony.

Spring is officially here and we are feeling so inspired by this season of blooming flowers, warmer days, and extra hours of sunlight!
With the new season also comes endless spring bridal bouquet inspiration! We loved creating this peachy bouquet filled with the perfect spring flowers -- (freshly bloomed peonies, sweet peas, ranunculus, and Japanese spirea for added texture) -- all tied together perfectly with this stunning silk ribbon.
