Final Day of the Blue Jean Country Queen Festival, with the coronation of the 2024 Queen taking place at midnight, following the Gala Banquet at Darnley Lodge Hotel.

Difficult to separate this wonderful bunch of young ladies so a very important day ahead for the judges - Catherine Flood.

Today is a big one, we've got fancy dress football, a toy tractor run, a banquet and we're going to be crowning a new Queen! ⚽🎩

Join us from 12.30pm for the Lark in the Park presented by Hora Homes, with the Toy Tractor Run sponsored by Meath Farm Machinery Ltd and loads more. 🌳🚜

Then we're back in the Darnley Lodge Hotel for our Gala Banquet followed by The Druids and Conor Woods ...and then the results! 🤩

A fun weekend ahead for Catherine Flood, as she returns to Athboy, Co. Meath to judge the 2024 Blue Jean Country Queen Festival contest.

Catherine was crowned the International Miss Macra na Feirme Feirme in 1990 in Thurles, Co. Tipperary and is looking forward to being reunited with her Macra na Feirme and Foróige families this weekend, as she continues to advocate for the organizations here in the US.

Rhythm and Sticks and The Druids will headline the festival organized by Meath Macra na Feirme with an annual BBQ and Fun Day events planned. Thousands are expected to flock to the area in support of the worldwide contestants.

So get your jeans on and get ready to have some fun in Athboy, Co Meath this weekend!
