Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and well-spoken individuals with experience in cold calling to help us reach potential clients and grow our business. As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, playing a crucial role in our sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and leads.
- Engage prospects in conversations to understand their needs and present our real estate offerings.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings with our real estate agents.
- Maintain and update our CRM with accurate information on leads and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other technology tools.
- Knowledge of Bengali language is a plus but not required.
